Noelle Crawling

Although she's been crawling for over a month, we have neglected to get a video of her moving around until this weekend.  Enjoy :)

Brady Likes to Dance

Leisure Suit

Here's Noelle in her peace leisure suit from Grandma and Grandpa Gonzalez.

Um... can I hold your camera please?

Spring Walks

Pigtails (and Brady's Cars)

Noelle's hair is long enough to do pigtails now.  Soooo cute!

The action shot!

And of course, Brady insisted on pictures when he saw me taking some of Noelle - except he just wanted me to take pictures of his cars :)

10 Months Old!

These were taken on March 20.  She looks so BIG in these... and the pigtails are to die for.

Lots of changes this month.  Noelle has full on started crawling and she gets places fast.  Unlike Brady, though, Noelle doesn't have the need to explore every inch of our condo so that's nice.  She's also learned to pull up to a stand and does so quite frequently.  She's gotten pretty adept at it and has started to cruise around the furniture just a little bit.

She got her sixth tooth - so now she has four on top and two on the bottom.

Also, right around 9 months, Noelle started eating real food!  This has been the biggest change by far - she won't eat anything by spoon (even yogurt) but she does feed herself.  She eats chicken, cheese, bread, pasta, avocado, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, pancakes, french toast, cheerios, puffs, yogurt melts and probably some other stuff I am forgetting about.  Her favorites are bread, yogurt melts, puffs, cheese and chicken.  So far we can't get her to eat much of any veggies and she doesn't like fruits other than berries.

She got her third ear infection, which really messed up her sleeping.  But for about two weeks before and so far for the week since her ear infection, she's been sleeping in her crib from when she goes to bed between 630 or 7 and 2 or 3am.  Then I feed her once and she's back down (but in the pack n play in our room) until 530-6.  Around then, I feed her again and 9/10 times she falls back asleep for another hour or so.  So sleep is starting to get vastly better.  She takes two naps a day - usually both are much longer at home than at daycare.

No words or anything - she babbles a lot and we hear mamamama and dadadadada a lot but not with any meaning yet.

Looking Outside

The Park in March

It was like 75 in March this weekend so we went to the park.  Noelle is a big fan of the swings.

And Brady is into climbing up everything on his own.  In this picture Sean is standing behind him making sure he doesn't fall.  Brady is saying, "No Daddy.  I do it."

Happy (Belated) St. Patty's Day

Despite my efforts to get Brady to wear a shirt that had some green in it, he insisted on wearing his orange t-shirt.  Go figure.

In the House

Brady loves Noelle's fisher price toy that Santa got her for Christmas.  He likes to use our keys to get in and out and he likes to go in and out and say things like Brady's here.  I'm coming.  I'm leaving.  So a week or so ago, he came up with a game where Mommy and Daddy and Brady had to take turns going "into" the house.  We didn't fit quite as well as Brady did.

Here's Daddy slowly making his way through.  Note Brady trying to push Daddy's legs through.

And when pushing doesn't work, it's always helpful to step on Daddy so he gets out of your way.

Here's Brady going into the house.

And here's Mommy squeezing through.

Borrowing Thomas

Brady loves his Thomas the train riding toy, even though he's starting to get a little big for it.  Noelle is always intrigued by it, but when Brady is around, he really doesn't share it with her.  Now, when Brady's not around, Noelle gets free reign... and boy did we take advantage of it!

She's still working on her balance and coordination... I had to put down the camera and grab her before she fell off trying to reach for me :)
