Halloween at Daycare

Getting ready to leave for daycare

And yes, Brady is a bit rough when he plays and ends up knocking over/tackling the other babies, even though most of them weigh more than him.

Blackberry mustache

11 months old!

This post is a wee bit late because we've been busy lately with some not-so-fun family stuff and getting ready for Brady's birthday in a couple weeks. Anyhow, as you can see, it's getting more and more difficult to get a good shot, or even a shot where he isn't moving.

What he's been up to...

He sleeps through the night 90% of the time, and we love that but the downside is that he wakes up between 5 and 6 am EVERY day.

He stands alone and took his very first steps the day after he turned 11 months.

He eats 3 meals and 2 snacks a day and we are in the process of transitioning him to whole milk. His favorite foods include oatmeal, yogurt, raspberries and chicken of any kind.

He is about to get his 3rd tooth any day now.

He's added the consonants ga and ka to his babbling. Still no real words, although I think he knows what mama means because he only typically says it to me or when he's hurt and upset and crawling towards me.

Being silly

Brady gets angry if you are eating something different than him. So, we usually give him a bit of what we are having and he either eats it or spits it out. He reacted a little differently when Sean gave him a spinach leaf.

Eating breakfast

Brady loves pancakes in the morning... He either usually eats those and fruit or tons of scrambled eggs and fruit.
