We saw three deer in the yard while we were in Ohio. They ended up getting pretty close to the house.

The Electric Train
Brady loves any and all trains. Grandpa Thornton has an electric train from when he was a child that Brady loves to watch. The only problem with it is that it tends to break since it's quite old. Brady, being the helper he is, spent his time helping Grandpa fix it.
The Elmo Chair
Grandma and Grandpa Thornton bought Brady an Elmo chair for his visits to Ohio. He prefers to wrestle with it instead of sit in it, but I don't have any pictures of that. Noelle prefers to stand in it with some assistance and eat it. At least they both like it.
Noelle's Fashion Show
Noelle has grown quite a wardrobe of cute clothes and hair bows/ties over the holiday season. She also isn't mobile yet, so I can take as many pictures as I want.
Here she is with her first ponytail - reminds me of Pebbles :)
The irony of these next two pictures is that while Noelle will eat play food all day long, she hates any type of real food other than breastmilk.
And here she is chewing on the infamous Sophie giraffe. She loves that thing!
And here she is in her penguin outfit, complete with matching socks and hair bows. I tried the pigtails since she has so much hair, but it's still a little hard to keep two ponytails in for more than a short period of time.

Snow and Sledding
The weather has been unseasonably warm with very little snow so far. Ohio did get a few inches a couple days before we arrived and it lasted for one day before melting to make way for rain. That one day, though, was enough time for Brady to play in the snow - he especially loved sledding with Aunt Kate and Uncle Pat.
This is my absolute favorite - Brady and Kate look so happy and somehow Pat fell while pushing them down the hill
Yes, Brady does have pink gloves. Why you may ask... well he refuses to wear any type of mitten because he needs to be able to play/hold toys etc. So, I finally found him toddler gloves, which was no small feat. The only catch was that they were all out of the toddler boy ones. In an effort to stop Brady from getting frostbite, I bought the toddler girl gloves. Brady wears them every time he goes outside so I'm going to call them a success despite their color.

Christmas in Ohio
Present opening in Ohio was a two part affair. Part one was for Brady, while Noelle took her morning nap. We also let Brady open Noelle's non-toy presents because his mantra this year has been "open presents."
Brady was a huge fan of Aunt Heather's Sesame Street and Thomas the Train wrapping paper!
Part two was for Noelle's toys. Brady opened them, but at least Noelle got to see and use them first.
