Happy Early Birthday!

We gave Brady his big birthday present a couple days early so he could enjoy it over the weekend. His eyes lit up when he saw his tricycle and he immediately climbed on it and started pushing it around.  He doesn't quite get the pedals but he certainly knows how to move it and loves it.  The best part for us... the push handle so we don't hurt our backs taking him around until he gets the hang of the pedals.

I thought we could get a couple cute pictures of me and the kids before we left for daycare... Noelle was willing but Brady was not having it. 

Brady's Blanket

Brady (aka Linus) has become very attached to his blanket over the past month.  Here he is walking around with it right before bedtime. 

Sitting Together

We tried to get some pictures of Brady and Noelle sitting together.  This is what we got...

Brady loves taking boxes of nerds and putting them in a bowl... he never eats them, just walks around with them and gets angry if you take them away.

Cookie with Aunt Heather

Brady doesn't watch a lot of TV... but when he does, Sesame Street is his favorite.  This weekend he learned he could watch videos of the songs on Aunt Heather's iphone.  Now when he sees phones or computer screens, he yells "Cookie!"

Noelle found her toes this weekend... and right before I took these pictures she was grabbing them.

Halloween Trick of Treating (Part 3 of 3)

On Halloween we took Brady and Noelle trick or treating.  It was the first year we had Brady go up to houses and get candy.  It took him a block or so, but he got the hang out if pretty quickly.

Noelle also joined us by we had to leave early because she got tired and cranky.

Now he's got it figured out!

And he learned "pop pops" were the best part of trick or treating.
