Halloween Day

We don't have a lot of pictures from Halloween, but we carved our pumpkin and took Brady on a walk around the neighborhood while all of the kids were out trick or treating.


This is what we saw during our walk... A house that had what appeared to be a haunted house of sorts and yes, that's actually a cotton candy machine outside.

Brady likes to chase Hayley. Even into boxes. Unfortunately for Brady, Hayley is quick and has learned to get out of the way as soon as possible.

Thinking Outside the Box

Brady likes to walk, both with and without assistance. When his push toy isn't readily available he uses whatever is near. So, for example, he pulls down the basket that holds our winter hats and gloves and uses that to walk around.

Reading, Brady Style

Brady doesn't like to sit still for very long - ever. So unless it's bedtime, he doesn't sit still long enough for us to read him a story. He does, however, love to flip through his board books himself. Too quickly for us to actually read them to him, but he will sit there and look through books for up to 10 minutes at a time. It's hilarious.

Brady's First Haircut

Brady got his first haircut about a week before he turned one. Given that his hair was falling into his eyes, we figured it was time.



And he was super wiggly so he also had his first lollipop. It was good, until it was covered with hair...
